Is döner late-night food?
Short answer
In Germany it often is, especially in nightlife districts, but hours are local. In the US, some döner counters run late and others close like ordinary fast-casual restaurants — check that location’s posted hours.
Döner is famous as food you eat after going out, and it is also ordinary lunch. Both can be true in the same city. Hours follow the neighborhood, the lease, and the staff, not a law of kebab.

Airport and highway shops follow those buildings. A Berlin kiosk near a club follows the club. Neither pattern is more authentic.
